    PLEASE NOTE:

    OPTION 1:

    WHAT TO EXPECT:

    • After pick up we take a 1 hour drive to the town of Paarl, known as 'The Pearl of the Cape Winelands'.

    • Our first stop is at one of the largest wine emporiums known to man.

    • Embark on a cellar tour through the renowned Cathedral Cellar, while being flanked by larger-than-life-stuk-vats, some of the biggest in the world.


    • Finish off with sampling some of the finest wines and brandy from the area.

    • Tasting include sparkling wine, natural wine, fortified wine, liqueur and brandy.


    • With the Groot-Drakenstein mountains as a backdrop, we make our way through a petit piece of France, known as Franschoek.

    • Situated against the high, cool slopes of the Franschoek valley, on a small batch estate, here lies our second tasting.

    • The estate's name directly translated, means “A Gift From God”, giving a subtle hint on the sheer beauty of this remarkable area.

    • Tasting include a comprehensive portfolio of their 5 premium wines.


    • From here we make our way into the famous town of Franschoek, known as the culinary capital of the Cape Winelands.

    • Here you will have free time to indulge in one of the many top quality restaurants lining the famed main street.

    • After enough time in Franschoek, we make our way to the town of Stellenbosch, with a rich history dating back to 1679, this is South Africa's second oldest town.


    • On route we stop at a Stellenbosch institution since 1904 and now a national monument.

    • A old Victorian style store that operates the same way now, as it did back in the Victorian era.



    • Our final tasting is situated on the northern slopes of the Helderberg mountains, offering dramatic views of the surrounding area.


    • Here you will indulge in a chocolate and wine pairing, specially designed to enhance the flavours in the wines.

    • The aim is to educate and enlighten your taste buds with these different textures and unusual taste profiles.

        OPTION 2:


        WHAT TO EXPECT:

        • After pick up we take a 1 hour drive into the beautiful Franschoek region, a rich fertile valley where elephants used to calve their young up until the mid 19th century .


        • Surrounded by towering mountain ranges, our first stop is at a iconic Motor Museum.

        • The museum showcases over 100 years of automotive history, with a collection exceeding 220 vehicles.

        • Ranging from late 19th century tricycle, to early 21st century supercar.


        • After the museum visit,

        • Our first wine tasting will be on the farm's historic Manor House, complete with beautiful yellowwood floors.

        • Tasting options include 3 MCC's paired with nougat, or 4 wines from exceptional vines


        • From here we make our way into the famous town of Franschoek, known as the culinary capital of the Cape Winelands.

        • Here you will have free time to indulge in one of the many top quality restaurants lining the famed main street.

        • After enough time in Franschoek, we make our way to the town of Stellenbosch, with a rich history dating back to 1679, this is South Africa's second oldest town.


        • Marvel at the beautiful 'Mother Church', walk down the popular Church street lined with many little shops, and finally visit a Stellenbosch institution since 1904 and now a national monument.

        • A old Victorian style store that operates the same way now, as it did back in the Victorian era.


        • Our final tasting is situated on the northern slopes of the Helderberg mountains, offering dramatic views of the surrounding area.

        • Here you will indulge in a chocolate and wine pairing, specially designed to enhance the flavours in the wines.

        • After a nice ending to a spectacular day out in the Cape Winelands, we start making our way back to Cape Town with arrival late afternoon.
